These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Nothing in this Section shall restrict your right, as a consumer, to approach the appropriate consumer forum or authority under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, in the jurisdiction where you reside or where the cause of action arose.
